The aim of the training is to develop awareness of interpersonal conflicts as an inseparable part of interpersonal relationships and the need to solve them and gain knowledge and skills for their effective overcoming.

Through the training, the participants will understand that conflicts are inevitable and are a normal part of everyday work.
