Programme goals

The aim of the program is for participants to be able to conduct research on the level of satisfaction of employees in the organization, by applying international models adapted to the context of work of organizations.

Contribution towards development of knowledge, skills and competences

At the end of the training the participants will:

  • Have advanced knowledge on how to design a questionnaire to measure employee satisfaction in the organization
  • Gain skills in making and distributing electronic questionnaires, and then generating automatic results.
  • Gain knowledge on how to analyze the results of the survey
  • Recognize how to use the results of the survey to improve their performance

  • Preparation of a survey questionnaire to measure employee satisfaction
  • Preparation of an electronic survey questionnaire and generating electronic results
  • Analysis of the results of the conducted survey
