Programme goals

The aim of the programme is to acquire knowledge, skills and tools for developing and implementing effective participatory and comprehensive training programs, and is intended for future trainers.

Professional knowledge of participatory training methods, presentation and facilitation techniques and expertise in training programs will provide participants with a solid foundation to start working as coaches and / or improve the performance of those who have already had experience in training delivery.

Contribution towards development of knowledge, skills and competences

At the end of the training, the participants will be able to:

  • Assess training needs;
  • Establish training objectives for each session individually and in full;
  • Make the right choice of training methods and materials, using the principles of participatory learning;
  • Make the right choice of visual aids;
  • They will be able to create, plan and implement interactive training;
  • Apply practical techniques of facilitation and training;
  • Easily deal with questions encountered in the process of interactive learning;
  • Deal with difficult clients / training participants;

Programme content

  • Adult learning cycle;
  • Delivery of group training
  • Methods and techniques of conducting interactive training: brainstorming, small group work, role play, case study, keyword method, demonstration, discussion, aquarium, etc.
  • Use of visual aids.
  • Presentation skills
  • Skills: starting, using examples, directing the discussion, constructive feedback and summarizing
  • Designing a training session;
  • Micro learning (participants prepare a session on their own that will be recorded on a video camera)
