Programme goals

In order to complement the results of the survey of users' opinions through surveys, organizations can conduct independent research "mystery shopper", through which trained representatives note findings from experience in receiving service. In this way, more objective and wider information is obtained about the overall process of providing services.

The aim of the program is for the participants to gain theoretical and practical knowledge about the process of implementation of the research "mystery shopper" and analysis of the results of the conducted research.

Contribution towards development of knowledge, skills and competences

At the end of the training the participants will:

  • Understand the process of a mystery shopper
  • Have knowledge of how to form a questionnaire for conducting a mystery shopper
  • Be introduced to the process of implementing a mystery shopper(field and telephone)
  • Have knowledge of how to analyze the results of a mystery shopper
  • Know how to use the results of a mystery shopper to improve the work of the organization

Iskra has extensive experience in managing projects financed by the European Union in Macedonia, mainly for the development of institutions of public administration and supporting reforms aimed at EU membership.
