The European Union has prescribed strict forms to be completed and submitted with project applications, which are public and generally adopted, but also differ for each individual call. Often the success of applications does not depend on the suitability of the ideas, nor on their importance for the society, but more on the way of their presentation, ie the content of the project applications.

The training focuses on two types of projects - services (projects that provide consulting services, capacity building, support at work) and grants (full support for the implementation of a smaller project), which are supported through IPA programs for North Macedonia.

These are specific documents that are not the same as the extensive research and analysis conducted by experts, but are a summary of the findings and conclusions of the conducted research, with the greatest emphasis on the recommendations for policy changes. The training will help participants through practical work to go through the steps of preparing policy documents, ie will practically guide them through the process that seeks to result in policy changes according to the presented arguments.

The training aims to provide practical interpersonal and communication skills through for dealing with situations and communicating with greater flexibility, confidence, understanding and impact.
