Programme goals

Team building and team leadership or leadership skills explore ways to improve core processes and tools to gain commitment to the group, increase trust and cooperation, empower people, and create synergies in the performance of tasks.

The goal of the programme is to improve and expand the knowledge and skills on how to build successful teams and the role of team leader as one of the key issues in building a cohesive policy on which the efficiency and effectiveness of the company / group depends.

Contribution towards development of knowledge, skills and competences

At the end of the training the participants:

  • Will recognize the characteristics of an effective team
  • Will improve their understanding and gain skills to make a leader effective.
  • Will recognize the importance of different roles and styles in the team
  • Will gain interpersonal skills to build teams
  • Will understand how the identity of the team is created, its values and understanding of the differences in the team.
  • Will be able to replicate the knowledge in implementing team building training
