Programme goals

The Common Assessment Framework (CAF) is a model for total quality management in public sector organizations developed by the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA). The program is intended for representatives of state institutions who have an interest in getting acquainted with the model and the process of its implementation.

The aim of the program is for the participants to get acquainted with the CAF model, the way of its implementation in the institutions and the benefits of its introduction.

Contribution towards development of knowledge, skills and competences

At the end of the training the participants will:

  • Be introduced to the benefits of using full quality management systems and tools
  • Gain knowledge of the 9 criteria of the CAF model
  • Have an idea of the development process and application of the CAF model in Europe
  • Gain knowledge of the three main stages in the implementation of the CAF model

Vesna Bochvarska Cvetkovska

Vesna Bochvarska Cvetkovska holds a Master in South East European Law and European Integration obtained at the Karl Franzes University in Graz, Austria with Master thesis on: “Public Administration Reforms during the previous decade”. Since 2012, she is certified trainer, as well as external evaluator on CAF - model for quality management for public administration and was engaged to implement the model in several governmental institutions and municipalities during the previous years.
